I was impressed with every aspect of my window installation. The windows look beautiful, and the staff made absolutely sure that everything was perfect. I have no apprehensions about using them again. The quality and warranty are absolutely worth it.
When we bought the windows, we thought they'd be too expensive--especially for our budget. Now that we have the windows, the quality and the efficiency of the windows is a bargain. My electric bill was cut by 40% and the windows are just excellent. I've had zero problems with them and it has been an excellent experience. In the long run, you'll never have to replace them and I would highly recommend them if you can afford them. They just make the house look so much better.
