I was very impressed with the quality of work and the quality of the material installed on the house. Any issue that I would bring up they would resolve. I feel confident that I made the right choice with champion windows.
The quality of the door is very high. The installation was also neat. The door fits perfectly and closes very easily. It's not a 5-star rating due to the length of time for the door to be manufactured. That time was extremely high. They might not necessarily have control over that. One month turned into three months.
It is the second time I have used Champion. Both times they have done a great job.
The process went as originally stated by the salesperson, and I am happy with the quality of my windows.The workmanship for the installation was very good, and the clean up afterwards was better than I expected.
