They weren't always getting back to me. Sometimes they would and sometimes they wouldn't. I seemed to always talk to different people that had different stories. I went with them because every relative and friend that I know had nothing but rave reviews about their projects. So, I was very surprised that mine was such a fiasco.
I have recommended them.
