I was skeptical at first, but the process was 100% seamless, and we are very happy.
Champion windows did a great job with the installation of our new patio door. Although the door lock from the outside didn't work, Champion was suppose to call us, I ended up calling them. The door is more secure and the bigger dogs have better access to the house and yard. The draft is almost non-existant now, even when the wind blows! Love the door and it's a huge improvement over what we had!!The only thing is the inside lock is very small and hard to turn, I will ask when I hear from Champion about this.
