Factory process took extremely long. There was a lack of information and lack of updates during the process leaving the customer in the dark. Signed contract on 11 May and installation on 14 Oct.
I would recommend because of the price and the contract offering, but customer service could definitely improve. I was happy with the installation team - David and his crew. They were timely, respectful of our property, knowledgeable, and very quick.
Everyone was wonderful. The person who came to speak with us about the windows when we signed up, which I wasn't going to do, shared how much we would be saving, so we signed up. It took us all morning from 8 to 12 to try to get two blinds down. I finally gave in and called the salesperson who offered to come over and help us remove them. He came over between a couple of other visits. We got them all down, and the one we had trouble with, he did too, but he was wonderful and he did it and was glad to do it, which was amazing... read more
