The sales team was awesome! The installation management team needs a bit of work. The installation individual was good.
They treated me good and it was the third time they have done work for me. They always do an excellent job!
The workmanship and the quality of the windows are great. I had an issue with my salesperson following through with what I was promised. However, the installation was great and the crew was outstanding.
