Overall, I'm happy with the quality of the windows. I do feel a bit mislead about a installation crew coming, because they sent out only a one person crew and it took two days for the installation. One of the sashes had a flaw in it and I'm waiting for them to replace it.
I was surprised with how prompt and timely everything was. They adhered to the timeframe. It was terrific.
