I knew from a previous job that champion windows does quality work and gives incredible service afterward. And this most recent job did not disappoint.
He said that there was supposed to be some follow-up and someone from Champion was going to contact me, and that never happened. The guy that put in the windows said that when Champion originally put the windows in, that it was not put in as good as it could have been. He was going to recommend that they come in and redo the area around the windows to make it better, and there was no followup on that.
