Everyone from the window sales person to the installers were very professional and very nice
The salesperson was very personable and very knowledgeable. The installers were very good, everything was cleaned up and the work was done in the time frame presented. Very satisfied!
The process was smooth and without pressure. The measurements were done without problem; we were kept informed about every step (ordering, delivery, installation and competition).
Joao and his coworker was very professional and efficient. He explained all aspects of the job and very clean with the work.
Love the quality of the doors and windows in our condo all of which now champion has installed for us.
From beginning to end, Champion was very transparent. Communication was top notch. I received emails, text messages, phone calls with where I was in the process of installation.
It’s just expensive and takes a long time. It’s also frustrating because it’s so hard to get in touch with the sales representatives.
The only way I would have been more please is if the windows were free. An extremely well done job and I am very happy with the products.
