Only two windows don’t work. The biggest window. When will I get them fixed.

The sales man was great. He took the time to show me all the best features of the windows. Explain the quality of the glass. The installers were awesome as well. They came out the 1st time to install the windows, but couldn't because the measurement sent in were wrong. They came out on a Saturday for me and I took that Monday off with vacation time. The initial sales presentation was effective. Timelines were good . Quality of the product was not up to my expectations. I feel I could have gotten this quality at a hardware store.
I absolutely will recommend Champion. The quality of the windows is great. I was very happy with the service and installation, and my sales person was awesome.
