The windows are amazing. My one complaint is the install guys left broken glass all over our property when they pulled out the old windows. We have grandchildren and dogs that could get injured from this broken glass. Everything else was perfect!

I like the ease of use, although I can not lift with one finger like I was told, but still way easier than what I had. I like it that you don’t feel the heat coming through the windows. I like that they were able to put them in pretty fast.

Pros: warranty is a true life time of the window, made in USA, employees seem happy, energy efficient product Cons: the sale has to happen during the quote for the best deal. It feels like a pressure technique. Communication between sale and install was time consuming and inconvenient. Perhaps a texting service would help.
