For a project that cost nearly $20,000, I expected much better craftsmanship. The windows themselves appear to be high quality, but the installation work left a lot to be desired. Bent flashing, exposed nails, and excessive caulk smeared around the windows are not the level of finish I expected. To make matters worse, 2 of the 11 windows were installed incorrectly, and I had to wait weeks for replacements and proper installation. The crew also left behind trash and even broken tape measures. The windows are amazing. My one complaint is the install guys left broken glass all over our property when they pulled out the old windows. We have grandchildren and dogs that could get injured from this broken glass. Everything else was perfect!

I like the ease of use, although I can not lift with one finger like I was told, but still way easier than what I had. I like it that you don’t feel the heat coming through the windows. I like that they were able to put them in pretty fast.
