The salesman was very respectful, not pushy at all. Stood by his product and his service. Would recommend quicker response time when a customer reaches out. The install team were good, not great. Left some empty caulk tubes in the yard, smoked on the job. Would have been nice if they asked if they could smoke even though they were outside. Still came wafting into the house with them going in an out all day. But they did a great job with the install with the exception of one window.
