From the salesperson through to the installers the experience was excellent. Spencer came to our house and was super knowledgeable, professional and personable. He showed us the windows and all the features. The windows were ordered and came when they said they would. The office called and could schedule the install right away. I was most nervous about the install process, (would they really be able to get the old windows out without messing up the interior wood work, etc) Nothing got messed up. They did an excellent job. Price was good but they weren't very good at updating. Expected order in September but finalized at end of November.
