I was skeptical at first about them coming back out and fixing issues if something was wrong, but I called and they came right out and fixed it to my satisfaction. I was pleasantly surprised and relieved. Our window is a custom cut and design window as well and we really like it.
I am very satisfied with the work and the promptness of the installers. The quality was a good value for the price.

Todd and Glenn were the last two here and they were great. They did the electricity and put the windows in. Whenever we called the office, I believe we spoke with Terry and Paul usually, they always responded right away and were very helpful.
