Where to begin? Sales rep was nice. We were concerned about the laminate flooring installed 3 years ago. He assured us MULTIPLE times that it would be covered and usable. At the point the roof on the old sunroom was removed we purchased, and put down plastic over the flooring as there was still nights with very heavy frost. We removed it before Steve arrived so as not to delay his progress and to ensure the plastic could be reused. This happened for several nights until he began covering it. Great experience. Workers were great. Removal of old windows went well. New window installation appeared to be easy for them. Clean up was done and very happy with the result!
