On the contract, there are a couple boxes, one for window color and 1 for trim color. we had asked originally to match the existing paint color. It wasn't clear when we discussed, I thought it was all going to be country beige. The fact its in two different places on the form, leads to miscommunication. The installation crew had to show me where that box was. It dd work out, but it could have been avoided.
One of the sashes was cracked, and I'm still waiting for them to replace that--but other than that, everything is good. The installation crew said they'd reorder one, and I'm just waiting for it to get in.
