The salesman was very informative and extremely interested in closing a deal by lowering the price twice. He NEVER followed up personally after he left with a signed contract.
After waiting six months for new windows from a big home improvement company that turned out to be a big flop, I turned to the first national window company I found on line with great ratings. Their response was prompt, the product is very good and the installation was for the most part uneventful. The installers they sent turned my terrible windows into something I am now proud of. If and when I need their services again I'll make sure the same three installers do it.
