It took over a year for Champion to finally install my sunroom. They did not show up for appointments initially. Once they hired the new manager Candance everything was great
Champion missed the order amendment with a siding upgrade that we put in after thinking about the look some more, took over a year to produce the (incorrect) siding (which we went ahead with because at that point we weren't going to wait another year for what we really wanted), ordered incorrect amounts of two different parts that meant waiting another couple of months for more parts to come in before it was complete, and left little fit & finish items like a gap in the soffit on the front porch that I'm just not even intere... read more
