The salesperson was very nice and informative. The man who came out and did the measurement was very nice and polite. Everybody involved was very nice and helpful. The guy who installed the windows was really great.
We like the quality of Champion's products and the warranties.

We were impressed with the salesman. However, there is a big lapse from when the salesman is out to getting notifications of the windows. We had to keep calling to see what was going on with our windows. We had a hard time getting a response. We are happy with the windows, but not happy with the service we received after the sell was done, before the windows arrived. We were told a certain timeframe.
