Salesperson was good. Installation crew was nice, on time, and seemed knowledgeable. The window units themselves seem of decent/average quality. Time will tell. This is not a "this old house" level of installation. The installation is simply adequate. I wish more time had been taken with the finish work (trim), as it can really make or break the appearance of the entire installation. In my case it was not great.
