from beginning to end, I was so impressed with the whole process. I appreciate knowing why these are good windows and the up close look at how the windows constructed and the demonstration of how they operate.I like the follow up information that showed how to care for them. I was glad to not be pressured into deciding to do these new windows. It's a great experience. The installation team were just amazing.
