The experience from the beginning to the end of my windows installation was outstanding i will recommend
Being on time, keeping me updated
All service was excellent, but there was a slight gap in communications, leaving me to only learn after install that using inside mounted blinds will void the product warranty. This information up front would likely have influenced my purchase decision as that was my plan from the beginning.
What I liked most about Champion Windows of Memphis is the consistency in communication. Whether it was through email, text or phone call I value companies that value me, my time and my money. Even on the day of installation and the day after Tom came over to make sure everything was going alright and followed up the next day to ensure that I was pleased with the quality of work, in which I was.
They showed up on time. They were very professional. The installation went so well. The cleanup was great. I didn’t need to go behind them for anything.
