The sales rep was super nice but way too extensive in his pitch. We knew we were ready to sign and could’ve saved an hour & a half from our day. The scheduling part was a nightmare, I had to be the one initiating all the calls. The installation left a crack on our window & scheduling to get that fixed was even more of a nightmare UGH. Husband had to leave work early twice only for them to show up early. Comms was trash tbh.
Great experience! Beautiful window! Wish I could do all my windows right now!
The wait time for the project
Keeping me more regularly updated on status of windows..especially Install if running late. Also, the first quote we received was so far off from the others we received, it felt gimmicky.

Don't bait and switch
The install crew was absolutely fantastic and they did a great job installing our windows and sliding doors. Tony answered all my questions and took the time to explain everything.
The installers were very professional and had job done same day!
I purchased a 3 season room. The installers, Dino and Victoria were great. Stefan Ford did an excellent job with the concrete. He even demo’d part of the step which allowed more room. ( Subsequently hired him to build my new fence which is also excellent.) The only complaints were the lack of check in/follow up from the project manager and the workmanship of the windows.
