I'm impressed by the window and appreciate the workmanship.
So far the doors are as described. We did have some install issues. The installers gouged one of my timbertech deck boards. They said they would cover the repair and I submitted a invoice about 4 weeks ago but I have not heard anything. After they left I noticed one of the doors would not lock. I called within 4 minutes of them leaving but the owner of the install company refused to come back. Todd from Champion came the next day and fix it ASAP. He is a GREAT guy and real asset.
