I wanted to mention how pleased I was with the installation process. Everyone was prompt, kind, and respectful. When the job was done, you couldn't tell any work had been done because the area was so clean. Thank you. I also wanted to compliment our sales person. He knows the product very well and didn't need a lot of time to recommend the best products for our needs. The in-home demo of the window's efficiency is very good sales tool.
