We previously used Champion for a window install and had zero issues. However, this time we ordered a patio door and were told it would take up to 10 weeks, but in reality it look a few months and we didn't receive communication explaining what was going on until we kept calling. It seems they had lost our door in the warehouse or didn't know where it was?
