Window was measured incorrectly. Wanted to charge me more after financing was already approved. Paperwork had to be redone. Process took about 4 months which was longer than I expected. Installation process was great. However, installers were not notified that a bow window was changing to a flat window and it took them several days to come up with a solution to cover up the bow.

Salesman was knowledgeable about the product. Timely installation. Installation Team very professional. Most of all they were willing to ask if I was satisfied with the progress during the day. Any additional work was done in a timely fashion.

They were very neat while they did the work. Afterwards, they cleaned up well. The installers were fast and did more work than what was required.
