The sales representatives were fantastic. I appreciated their attention to detail and their courtesy. The reason for not 5 stars is because the installation crew could have done a better job. There were not any issues with the windows when they were installed, but during the installing process instead of covering up the window openings (after removing the old windows) they left the openings while they removed the rest of the windows in the house which led to a large amount of flies entering our home.
