Service was excellent
I am very happy with the overall experience. Glad that the regional manager (Chris) accompanied the sales rep (Tyler) when he came out for the estimate since it was his first day. 19 window install, mostly double hung. 6 basement hoppers. Final price was higher than Pella 250, lower than Pella 350, about $15k less than Anderson Renewal, and $5k more than another local vinyl window company in town.
