They've replaced every window in my house. It's just that this one incident was bad. I could have given a 1 rating on that day.
I had another company install windows on the rear of my house and then decided to use Champion for the front due to the exterior color options with interior white. Although the rear windows were a bit cheaper, I wish I had used Champion for the entire house and paid the slight higher price because the quality and installation was much better. Looking forward to seeing how the window do in the winter.Anthony Brown
