From my first meeting with Mr. Hancock up to project completion, everything went according to the schedule. The window order was completed on time, payments were scheduled and completed very easy over the phone, installation completed in two days and I am very pleased with how easy everything went....

While project was ordered and underway, communication was spotty at best. We would not hear anything for long lengths of time and would have to reach out to get information on the project install date which was VERY slow. However, CHAMPION did not hesitate to demand payment each time it was due. We were never late on a payment, but the requests were VERY demanding and hurried. I found staff in this area lacked customer service. The repairs for our door have been slow. still waiting on parts
