We had three projects that we contracted for all at once. We are very happy with the windows and generally happy with how hard the installation team tried, but it took almost 3 years to get our projects completed. COVID was a big piece of that, so it's hard to be upset about that. As COVID wound down, we went through them 6–8 times when they were scheduled to come out.
