Champion Windows is a top notch company. Start to finish the window replacement process of the entire upper level of our home was flawless from start to finish. Through the entire process everything was done according to plan and as written/promised. Kristy, the estimator / sales person, Ron the measure technician and Marie who kept us up to date, by phone, of the status of our windows were all a delight to work with as well as the schedulers and installers. Bron Gailey demonstrated the Champion product very well. The financial options are great especially the Veteran discount. The Greensky process was confusing at first but got cleared up by management. The installation actually came a week early & 23 windows & a slider were installed in one day! There were some very minor quality issues at clean up with found debris afterwards.
