Evan was very thorough in demonstrating the energy efficiency of the glass and the sound construction of the frames. He was truly a great representative of the company. Overall, Evan explained everything very well. When he didn’t know the answer he called and found out. He was kind and patient throughout our visit. I would recommend him highly.

Matt Hudson was the sales representative for Champion Windows of Springfield, Missouri. He was very professional , and with a background in construction, he was very knowledgeable. Matt made the transaction very smooth. He thoroughly explained everything so I could understand about the buying process. I would highly recommend Matt and champion windows.
It took over a year to get the last 2 windows that were ordered wrong in the first place. It included many, many, many stressful phone calls and wrong replacement windows. We ordered 7 other windows just like the ones they got wrong three times. Why couldn’t they just make them just like the others instead of many times they had to come out and remeasure. Instead of holding payment until the windows were right they talked me into paying and they would just turn the replacements in as a service order. A BIG mistake on my part... read more

I had an appointment. for Champion Windows to install my patio door. The champion was a no-show. So we schedule for the next day again they were a no-show. When I called to find out when the installer was they hung up on me. I would not use this company. They do not honor their customers by following thru with their commitments.
