The representatives that came and talked to us about the job were very knowledgeable, friendly, and cooperative. They addressed all of our needs. Mother nature messed up the schedule for a couple of weeks because of rain. As soon as they were able to, they came in and did all of the work. They have been easy to work with. They always kept the work sites clean. If there was ever a issue they always come to follow up.
The service was excellent and the installation job was above expectations.
The quality of the windows were great and the installers did a good job. Champion Windows didn't ask me about what windows I wanted. I told the salesperson that I wanted a different window than what was ordered and installed for me. I had told the salesperson that I wanted to think about it but several weeks later I got a call about installing my windows and I hadn't decided on the windows yet.
