We went with them because of past work we had done at our old house. We understood that with the way things are, we would be in line for a decent wait. Signed the contract mid-late Aug, but door wasn't ordered until about mid-Sept, so that was a bit of an irritant, especially after we put a down payment on it to get it ordered sooner. Came in about the time frame that had mentioned to us, which could have been earlier had it have been ordered right away, like it was supposed to have been. I am sorry to complain but must be honest. I first lined up the project July 2020 and paid a thousand down. I heard nothing so called in Dec. of 2020. Someone was supposed to meet me but never came. Finally, when I called end of summer 2021, Warren Winter got things going. The job looked good, but the workers were shorted some materials. They had to wait a few days to finish. When they finished, they put in some missing ceiling pieces that didn’t match what was already there. Someone messed up so part had to be done over.

The gentleman that came out, who I did the interview and showed us the windows, was wonderful. He did a great job at showing us the samples of windows. I don't feel any air when I am standing next to the windows that have been installed. The windows are great.
