The installers were wonderful and I am very happy with them. If I need anything else done I will use them.
I have been happy with the two other doors and windows I have bought with them. I have been happy with the warranty and everything until this one.
Everything was super.
The construction quality was excellent. I would give it 5 stars. But the communication leading up to production and getting the construction scheduled needs work. I would give that a 1 star.
