This is my second time using Champion to install new windows. I am a very satisfied customer!
The salesperson is no longer with the company, a wise decision on their end. There were a few snafus, (incorrect measurement of one storm door, so had to be reordered) so the project dragged on a little longer then expected. But the end results were great and we couldn't be happier with the windows and doors. Also everyone I spoke to or dealt with were professional and friendly. Chris Maple, Jamie, Stan and Jill went above and beyond to assure I was happy!
Jim Tafelski was the gentlemen who contacted me. He was professional and knowledgeable and answered my questions, and if not have the answer, he got me one in 24 hours. When they came to install window, everything was done very nicely.
They put silicone on the inside of the window and when they put the blind back up the blinds dried into the silicone. I peeled the blind off the silicone and the silicone looks bad now.
