Love the staff and will continue to use them but was very disappointed in the billing process. For a procedure that took 30 minutes, they charged us up front for 1 hour…$800. I asked if they would refund any back since it took less time but they said no since they allot an hour. We waited for 30 minutes prior to our appointment because another patient took longer but it’s not like the anesthesiologist wasn’t doing anything for the remaining 30 minutes. The Champions team does a fantastic job working with my toddler all the way through my teenager! A huge difference in the care we receive is the team’s understanding and care for my autistic child who has an aversion to dental care. Thank you for your care and support throughout the years!
