There was a lack of communication through the process. We ended up with $38,000 less than plan. Every time there was change we found out through paperwork sent and then we had to call and ask why. I not sure if could have achieved more going through someone else but being blind sided with only getting $2400 back was very disappointing and finding out at signing made it even worst.
