All of my questions were answered and things further explained as often as I needed. Chandra made sure I didn't miss any emails, so I had my documentation submitted on time. Every resource I brought to the table was considered in my qualifying. Getting closing documents ahead of time gave me time to read through them and sign off on ahead of time, so there were only a few to sign before the attorney at closing. Great job!
