My husband and I had the wedding of our dreams at Chapel Ana Villa. Bonnie and Abbie did all they could do to make our wishes come true and overall, we had a wonderful experience!

I have to say that I booked this venue before it was built and was extremely nervous about it and after reading all the negative reviews, it made me second guess the venue. I had nothing to worry about! Bonnie was the absolute best! She took care of everything and dealt with my hundreds of emails, changes, and questions. We were very specific in our food and she had a private tasting set up for us with the Chef so we can try that particular dish. This site was perfect for my wedding and reception. The site is newly built (June 2013) and gorgeous! My new husband and I booked when it was in the ground stages and we weren't disappointed. If you're like me and want a chapel feel and reception hall in the same place, this is your venue. We couldn't use our church so this was the next best thing. This venue is hands down the most beautiful one around! My wedding was gorgeous and the food was exceptional! The convenience of having hotels in walking distance was wonderful for my guests. We booked with CAV before they had even broken ground and I would do it all over again. I've seen them go through a lot of staff & policy changes so that was a bit rough at times but I know they are working on it. This venue is simply breathtaking! We had a rough start in the beginning with some communication issues, but once I brought it to their attention they were on top of everything making sure everything went smoothly!

From the first day we laid our eyes on this place we knew it was the place for us! We had an appointment to meet with a coordinator to view the place and immediately fell in love! We had other appointments for other venues but no other place compared to The Chapel at Ana villa. After booking and signing we got to know the entire staff and they were all AMAZING! As soon as I walked inside this place - I told my mom we had to book it. It seriously looks and feels like the most designer bridal venue in Dallas. Everything is brand new and stunning. My pictures look just like the pages of Martha Stewart Weddings or The Knot!!! Guests were in awe. The bridal room is like a gorgeous, posh hotel. The bridesmaids felt like princesses in there. My daughter was married at the venue over the past weekend. We fell in love with the place when we toured it in the spring and were so looking forward to holding the event there. The young lady we met with was wonderful and walked us through what we envisioned would be the perfect day. BEWARE! They overpromised and underdelivered at almost every turn. I was informed that my rehearsal date had been double booked about a week or so before my wedding by the Chapel at Ana Villa, resulting in hotel room bills being wasted, schedule conflicts for wedding party members as well as our officiant, and the hassle/costs of rescheduling the rehearsal dinner and rearranging all scheduled activities for the day.
