The packing service was great - took a lot of the stress out of the process & would recommend. The house visit to assess the volume of stuff that needed to be moved meant that the loading & unloading process went smoothly.

Gent who came to price up the job very good and helpful. However, the crew who did the actual moving not as caring as I'd have hoped. A wooden table top was propped up waiting to be loaded, wind caught it and blew it over onto stones causing a dent. Fox moved us from Rugby to Cardiff. Chapman's moved some of our stuff into temporary store. They moved the main part of our furniture across Cardiff. When we were ready they brought our stuff out of store and delivered it to our new house.e. we were very happy with everything they did for us.

I had to move with only a couple of weeks notice due to an emergency situation. Chapmans manage to fit me in and arrange for packers as well as all the boxes and tape I needed. They put protection down on the carpets and floors and wrapped and packed 20 years of stuff in two days. Moving went without a hitch and everything arrived at the other end in perfect condition. Would 100% recommend to anyone.
