Charla has done all my re-fi's and new loans in the last few years. I recommend her to everyone! Not only has she done my loans, she has also done the buyer's loans on two of my properties. I can call her up anytime. All this and she has a wonderful assistant (Tiffiney) too! I would give her more than 5 stars in Customer Service if I could. She goes way beyond what anyone else would do, calling other lenders if necessary and doesn't take no for an answer if it's not the correct answer. She's the best!

Charla is extremely helpful and knowledgable. She was always willing to take the time to explain the ins and outs of the loan process. She is very patient and understanding with all of our questions and concerns. Throughout the loan, she explained what was going on,why, and the next steps.

I used Charla for my home purchase in Valley Center. I wasn't very knowledgeable about home loans or home purchases when I worked with her last year, (2013.) She and her office staff were very responsive to my ongoing questions and confusion. I so appreciated their great customer service, patience and ability to explain everything in simple, easy-to-understand terms. AND Charla made certain that I got a phenomenal, low rate on a fixed 30 year loan, for which I will be forever greatful! I would recommend her to anyone.

Charla got me financing for a home I purchased in San Diego County last year, and I have to say it was an incredibly easy process from start to finish -- all because of Charla! She's quick, efficient, a great listener and problem solver. This was my third home so there were some obstacles we had to overcome. Charla helped me every step of the way, and I was able to close escrow in 30 days. I'm getting ready to buy another home soon in the San Diego area, and I won't be calling anyone but Charla for financing!

Charla was wonderful for me esp because I was in a stressful situation and she handled every aspect great!! Charla and Tiffiney made it happen...! I had what it took, but I had some loose ends that Charla worked through and got me into an even better loan than was expected. She follows through, keeps her promises, and responds at a moments notice. I hope to be contacting Charla soon to refinance because I wouldn't go to anyone else! She is the BEST!

Charla is my "go to" lender in my business. She is caring, knowledgable, and she always delivers first class service and ON TIME closings!!!! I've worked with Charla for many years and she makes sure every loan goes through as smooth as possible. I've never had a single loan close late with her handling the transaction. Can't say the same at all when I have to work with other lenders. She directs her fantastic team to work through all the difficulties in the lending process.
