RecommendedI'm extremely thankful for David Brown who just did our new construction home inspection. He is thorough, knowledgeable, and always willing to answer questions. As a Realtor, I recommend David to my clients as well.
RecommendedSteven Wolfe (no relation😂) was our inspector on our new build. He was very thorough & detailed, found things that we had completely missed. The report was emailed the same day, it was very easy to read. The pictures with the arrows pointing at the problem area will be invaluable to find out if the issues were actually addressed, for the one year builder review & to keep an eye on in the future. Highly recommend! Thanks again.
RecommendedExtremely thorough and professional!
RecommendedSteven Wolfe was our inspector and we received a report the same day as our inspection. Report was very detailed with pictures and videos.
RecommendedWe've had several houses inspected over the years. I found Step by Step to be one of the most efficient companies that we've worked with. I especially like the presentation, with the graph and then the supportive photo. The markings and arrows on the photos help a lot as well. They spotted a lot of things that I missed and also give helpful suggestions and links.
RecommendedI have used Step By Step Inspection several times. They are very efficient, sees it ALL and worth every dollar!!!! Great work...
RecommendedThey were very prompt and inspection report was informative.
RecommendedThey conducted a thorough and documented inspection and then took time for a phone call with us afterward to answer questions. I would use them again.
RecommendedDave was thorough and patient with my questions. His explanations were clear and educational. Thanks
