Charlotte Doors and Closets came highly recommended to me so I thought why not see what they had to offer with pricing, standards, quality and and workmanship for 3 built ins in 3 closets. They definitely were a great company to work with and extremely fair on pricing. Very professional, always followed through with what they said they would do (phone calls, emails, building, installation, etc). I replaced all interior doors and had shelving installed in 2 closets. Very happy with everything. Doors and shelving appear to be high quality. Owner had very good suggestions that made project look even better than I imagined. He didn't try to up sell. Actually did the opposite. Good communication. Installation went very well.
We had a couple of hiccups but overall a good experience. My only advice would be to work on follow through and double and triple check their scheduled installs.
Customized Closet Upgrade Scott was excellent to work with in designing our master bedroom walk in closet. We were really impressed with the speed he developed a virtual model of what the closet would look like and then the quickness he could show us different configuration options and pricing. We worked with one of the big closet customizers at the same time and not only did Scott provide a more professional design experience, but also a much better overall product quality and finish.
