They always seem to care about each resident like they were family. My mom loves it. I tell them there all the time how wonderful they are. My mom's happy that's all that matters to me.

Yes, Charter Senior Living is a great place. It is always clean and friendly. Mom says the food is good. She's made a friend and is getting along very well.

Charter Senior Living in Gallatin is absolutely amazing! The entire staff, along with all of the nurses, were very attentive, caring, and most of all compassionate -at all times....which meant the world to my father and our entire family! We always knew that my father was in great hands --no matter what circumstances occurred with him, either day or night. I currently live at Charter Senior Living of Gallatin. The staff is outstanding to a person. They are caring, conscientious, and professional. Their communication with the family promotes clarity and understanding. The food is very good. I would highly recommend this facility to family and friends.

Our family had an in person tour and the experience was okay, they were in the process of remodeling but the facility was still nice. However they do not have that extended memory care unit so we had to decide against it.
charter senior living is a fairly good place that is located close to family, making this transition very convenient. they could improve in their staffing retention, room upkeep and cleanliness. i also feel that the staff should make more of an effort to encourage the residents to leave their room(s) and become more engaged with activities and one another - specifically those in need of memory care. overall a good community and i would recommend.
My mom lives at Charter Gallatin she loves the staff There especially. She likes her new friends. The activities are awesome and the food is really great. And we all love Sammy the dog!!
