The staff are dedicated, compassionate, and consistently go above and beyond to cater to the residents specific needs, providing a high quality of life despite their memory challenges. The facility is well-maintained, offers engaging activities tailored to dementia care, and fosters a warm community feel. We are so thankful for Charter and their staff.

First off let me say the staff that work the weekend of August 30th and the 31st 6am-6pm crew is very rude, unprofessional, and unwelcoming to agency picking up shifts to help out with staffing. They place new employees or agency that has never been in the building IMMEDIATELY on the memory care side because the staff has a "set" side of the building they work and refuse to float to other areas.
