So very disappointed in moms stay here. The biggest mistake we have made for her. Other than an activities director I can honestly say the staff did not take good care of mom at all. She had too much time with nothing to do. Activites canceled for various staffing reasons. Too much nothing time . Mom fell often. Slept with nothing to do on her couch mid day and slipped off to the coffee table. My family is not pleased with our experiences in this community. We feel they nickel, and dime us to get us into this community. There were promises made that they did not follow through with. They said there were aids to help her get used to the routine around the community, and they were never scheduled. She had no type of orientation with her move into the facility. With the level of care my mother needed, they were not there when the button was pushed, it took them a long time to get there, my mother felt that they weren't helping her at all but they really put on a show when I was there. Some of the people were nice, others were just going through the motions of doing their job.
