RecommendedAlthough we had some loss and damage in our move, Charter Transportation was very prompt and professional in handling our claim. They fully reimbursed us for everything that was lost, without any hassle. I would be happy to use this company again.

RecommendedI'll be honest. The packing & moving were mediocre. They took 2 weeks to deliver our things CA to IL. But they were on time & did their job in a timely manner! Then they picked up boxes upon request & were very polite. Then a couple weeks later, we received a letter in the mail from the mover, MIKE, saying he hoped our unpacking went well & he mailed us back an item he'd found in his truck. It was a very nice sentiment

Did not show on pack date. thousands in damaged items being drug out for months. military moves are full replacement value they have offered as pow as 20 cents on the dollar for items. unprofessional contact that I have clear audible record on of them working on my claim issue with no claim in front of them. Sent a person to take damage pics took time off for this but that's not good enough. resent pics that's not good enough. provide pics from origin of items intact that's not good enough. refuse to follow agreed pro... read more
