Chartwell Shopping Centre is a very busy place due to its accessibility and convenience to the residential areas nearby. Not enough room for parking space due to number of cars getting in. A lot of cars waiting for chances to park when other customers leave. This area is frequented by the people surrounding the shopping centre.
